2024 Non-Potable Watering Schedule & Service Rates

We ask that you kindly consider the watering schedule below to ensure adequate water access and pressure for all residents in the community.

Irrigation sprinklers should only be operated between the hours of 7 pm and 9 am.

Drip irrigation systems may be operated between the hours of 6 pm and 11 am.

Even Numbered Single-Family Addresses: Watering permitted three (3) days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Odd Numbered Single-Family Addresses: Watering permitted three (3) days per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE RATES:

Base Rate: $20.00 per month, per single-family residential lot during the irrigation season.

Plus: $3.43 per 1,000 gallons for usage billed monthly.

Plus: If yearly usage exceeds 228,000 gallons a surcharge of an additional $6.00 per 1000 gallons shall apply. Thus $9.43 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 228,000 gallons in addition to any pro-rata share of necessary additional water costs.

The irrigation season is approximately May 1st of each year through October 31st (weather permitting).
